Tässä olis vihdoinkin se aiemmin lupaamani resepti super herkulliseen tonnikala piirakkaan.
pohja;
100g margariinia
1,5dl ruisjauhoja
1dl vehnäjauhoja (tai vaihtoehtoisesti 2,5dl toisia noista jauhoista)
2-3rkl vettä
täyte;
1 tölkki tonnikalaa
1 iso tomaatti
2 kananmunaa
1dl maitoa
1dl kermaa
tilliä, basilikaa, suolaa, tms mausteita oman maun mukaan.
juustoraastetta päälle.
Laita uuni lämpenemään 225°C. Sekoita jauhot keskenään kulhossa. Nypi rasva ja jauhoseos keskenään ja lisää vesi. Sekoita taikina tasaiseksi. Painele taikina voideltuun vuokaan. Paista pohjaa uunissa 10min.
Sekoita munat, maito ja kerma keskenään ja lisää mausteet seokseen. Leikkaa tomaatti haluamasi kokoisiksi paloiksi. Levitä tonnikala ja tomaatin palat taaisesti puolikypsän pohjan päälle ja lisää muna-maitoseos. Lopuksi päälle juustoraastetta, minkä jälkeen piirakkaa tulee paistaa uunissa vielä noin 20min.

Base;
100g margarine
1,5dl rye flour
1dl flour (or otherwise 2,5dl one of the flour's)
2-3 ts water
Filling;
1 can of tuna fish
1 big tomato
2 eggs
1dl milk
1dl cream
Dill, basil, salt, and spices according to your own taste on top of the grated cheese.
Put the oven to heat up at 225 C. Mix the flour with one another in a bowl. Mix the grease and flour's with one another and add water. Mix the dough to be smooth. Press the dough into the casserole. Put the base into the oven for 10mins.
Mix the eggs, milk and cream with eachother and add the spices. Cut the tomato to the size you wish. Spread the tuna and tomatoes equally on the half ready base and add the egg-milk mixture. In the end you add grated cheese on top, after which you should leave the pie in the oven for another 20mins.
